WOLLMAN, Justice. This is an appeal by an elementary school principal whose contract was not renewed by the respondent school district board (the board). The circuit court upheld the board's action. Appellant contends that if the board's decision is upheld in this case there will no longer be a continuing contract law in existence in South Dakota. We do not share appellant's apocalyptic view of the consequences of the board's action, and we affirm the decision of the circuit court.
